Secondary Schools
In 2017 two secondary school Bush Rangers WA groups assisted with monitoring at Thevenard Island. To see what some of the students from Onslow school experienced watch below:
Promising and enthusiastic students that have assisted with monitoring can be invited to return for a second season of monitoring as a volunteer.
Onslow School Bush Ranger Cadets have an ongoing relationship with the North West Shelf Flatbacks program.

Marine Turtle Education Resources
Digital Technologies Hub, PAWSEY Supercomputing Centre and WA Marine Science Institution have used authentic data sets from DBCA scientists to develop education resources that your students can use to analyse recent data and answer questions relating to current conservation management issues:
